NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service
The Counter Fraud and Security Management Service (CFSMS) is an independent Division of the NHS Business Services Authority and has responsibility for all policy and operational matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud and corruption and the management of security in the National Health Service. The Professional Association of Clinical Coders has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the CFSMS. The purpose of the MoU is to facilitate and liaison and cooperation between our two organisations.

UK Council for Health Informatics Professionals
The UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKCHIP) was formed in 2002 to promote professionalism in Health Informatics (HI). It operates a voluntary register of HI professionals who agree to work to clearly defined standards.
